I can't believe that it's been so many months since my last post. Quite frankly, I have no excuse!

As promised, this is the second winning cake from Wedding TV's The Great Cake Bake. The inspiration for this cake was from the bride's love of shoes and wedding colours. It was a very technically taxing cake to make but the delight on the couple's face when they saw the cake for the first time made it worthwhile!
